Purchase is the purchase of fuel for spark ignition engines:

Main Site: Iasi, Str. Aurel Vlaicu no. 78A The purchase of fuel for spark ignition engines is the subject of the acquisition: - - Unleaded lead-free petrol Standard - 60 000liters, - Unleaded Premium Petrol - 10 000 liters, to be supplied on fuel delivery cards.

The number of days to which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders / applications is 10.

The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests or additional information on the 5th day beforeis the closing date for submission of tenders.

Tenderers, subcontractors and third-party supporters must not find themselves in the situations set out below:

(a) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 177 of Law no. 99/2016,

(b) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 178 of the Law no. 99/2016,

(c) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.
