Fuel Delivery Based on Cards - Gasoline

Purchase is the purchase of fuel for spark ignition engines:

Main Site: Iasi, Str. Aurel Vlaicu no. 78A The purchase of fuel for spark ignition engines is the subject of the acquisition: - - Unleaded lead-free petrol Standard - 60 000liters, - Unleaded Premium Petrol - 10 000 liters, to be supplied on fuel delivery cards.

The number of days to which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders / applications is 10.

The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests or additional information on the 5th day beforeis the closing date for submission of tenders.

Tenderers, subcontractors and third-party supporters must not find themselves in the situations set out below:

1)

(a) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 177 of Law no. 99/2016,

(b) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 178 of the Law no. 99/2016,

(c) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

How to meet the requirement: will be completedDUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure (including associate / third party supporters / subcontractors) with information related to their situation, as evidence of non-compliance in exclusion situations (refer to User's Manual for Use of DUAE developed by ANAP available at www. anap.gov.ro

The presentation of DUAE by the deadline for submitting bids is mandatoryand is not an option for bidders. The person holding the electronic signature will be empowered by the legal representative. An economic operator ranked I after applying the award criterion for admissible tenders will submit the supporting documents in support of those originally declared to the DUAE following the request submitted by the entityas follows:
