The subject of filling of the contracts concluded on the basis of concluded framework agreements is continuously deliveries of fuel to its own storage facilities in 2019 for individual contracting authorities within the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the contracting authority"), The main subject of the contracts concluded on the basis of concluded framework agreements is the continuous supply of Natural 95 gas to its own warehouses in 2019 for individual contracting authorities of the Ministry of the Interior The supplier must prove his qualifications in accordance with the law:

1. Forthe positive competence according to - 74 of the Act in conjunction with - 75 of the Act by submitting: • the extract from the Criminal Records Register in relation to - 74 para. a) the law, • the confirmation of the relevant financial service in relation to - 74 para. 1 letter. (b) the law of a tax declaration in relation to excise duty in relation to Article 74 (1) of the Law. b) the law of a written declaration in respect of Article 74 (1) of the Charter.-c) the law, • the affirmation of the relevant district social security administration in relation to - 74 para. 1 letter. d) the law of the Commercial Register, or the filing of a written declaration of honor, in the case that it is not registered in the Commercial Register in relation to Section 74, Para. e) The lawyer of the governing body can prove that, despite the failure to fulfill the basic legal capacity under - 74 of the Act or the fulfillment of-the reason for inappropriateness according to Section 48 (5) and (6) of the Act restored its eligibility to participate in the procurement procedure if, in the course of the adjudication procedure, the Central Contracting Authority demonstrates that it has received sufficient corrective action. This does not apply for the period of time when the entrant was legally convicted of prohibiting the fulfillment of public contracts or part of the concession contract.

Regular provisions may be especially --payment of due debts or arrears, - full compensation for damage caused by a criminal offense or misconduct, - active cooperation with bodies conducting investigations, supervision, supervision or review, or - taking technical, organizational or personal preventive measures against criminal activity or misconduct.

The Central Contracting Authority shall assess whether the recruitment of the contractor has been receivedconsiders it sufficient to restore supplier's ability to take account of the seriousness and particular circumstances of the offense or other misconduct. If the contracting authority comes to the conclusion that the capability of the entrant has been restored, it shall be revoked by the adjudicator or the foregoing exclusion of the entrant. see load documentation
