CPV Description: Announcement by open procedure - through the limits - through Ε.Δ.Η.Η.Σ., for the supply of fuel for the heating of buildings - lubricants and additives, for cars of the Municipality of Naoussa and its legal persons. Diesel fuel - Oils for use in hydraulic systems and other purposes - Gear oils - Brake fluids - Specialized chemical-The tender will be conducted with the open procedure above the limits, according to article 27 of law 4412/16. Joint Procurement Procedure for the Supply of Heating Oil, Lubricant Drives and Car Additive Additives for the Municipality of Naoussa and the Supplying of Suppliers (FEK A 240 / 12.12.2012)(1) the Municipality of Naoussa, (2) the Center for Social Protection and Solidarity, and (3) the Unified School Primary Education Committee, and (4) the Unified School Secondary Education Committee. the successful participation in the process of concluding this contract, shall be submitted by the participating economic operators (tenderers), the1% of the estimated value net of VAT per segment, as follows:

Performance guarantee

For the signing of the contract of the contract is required to provide a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount ofwhich amounts to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and is deposited before or at the time of signing the contract. No performance guarantee is required for contracts with a value of less than or equal to twenty thousand euros (excluding VAT).

The performance guarantee, in order to be accepted, must include as a minimum the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2.1.5. tof this notice and, in addition, the number and title of the relevant contract. Its content is in accordance with the model set out in Annex III of the Declaration and the provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016.

The performance guarantee for the contract covers in total and non-discriminatory terms the application of all the terms of the contract and any requirement of the contracting authority vis---vis the If the contract is modified in accordance with clause 4.5 of the contract, which involves an increase in the contract value, the contractor is obliged to deposit before the amendment a supplementary guarantee, the amount of which is equal to a percentage 5% of the amount of the increase, excluding VAT• The performance guarantee is reimbursed in its entirety or if the materials are split and the delivery is partially paid in part, by the amount corresponding to the value of the part of the contract of the materials received definitively after the definitive quantity and quality of the item has been receivedof the contract. If the final qualitative and quantitative receipt protocol is reported or there is a delayed delivery, the return of the above guarantees will be made after the observations and the delay have been resolved.
