Guarantee of participation in the competition, which corresponds to 1% of the estimated value of theof a fuel contract to be included outside VAT. and

2) υ.Δ. of paragraph 4 of Article 8 of Law 1599/1986, as applicable, where the types of fuel to which the supplier belongs and their budget will be reflected.

Performance guarantee:

For the proper performance of the terms the supplier is obliged to deposit, in accordance with the provisions of art. 11 of-of this Annex, a letter of guarantee covering an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the value of the contract, excluding VAT. (Article 72 of Law 4412/16) and will be valid for three (3) months after the expiration of the signed contract.
