Modernization of Opatov metro station

The subject of this public procurement is the construction of the "Modernization of metro stationOpatov "in the scope stated in the Project Documentation prepared by Metroprojekt Praha, a.s., ID No: 45271895, with the seat of the names of I.Pavlova 1786/2, Nove Mesto, Praha 2, CZECH REPUBLIC (dale only" project documentation "). The design documentation will, in view of the sensitive nature of the information and data contained therein, and to ensure the protection and security of the Prague Metro provided forafter submitting the Declaration of Confidentiality by the person entitled to act as an appropriate supplier. More detailed information is contained in Art. 16 of this tender documentation.

Main Site: Instead of performing a public contract, Prague 4, cadastral area Chodov and Opatov.

The subject of performance of this contract is to carry out the project "Modernization of the metro station Opatov" to the extent specified in the project dockmetroprojekt Praha, as, company ID: 45271895, with the seat of the IP Pavlova 1786/2, Nove Mesto, Praha 2, CZECH REPUBLIC (in addition to the "project documentation"), the project documentation will be included in its sensitive nature information and data and to ensure the protection and safety of the Prague Metro provided to suppliers after the declaration of silencesigned by the person entitled to act as a supplier. More detailed information is contained in Article 16 of this Invitation Documentation.

Obligations of the selected contractor will also be completed with documentation for the execution of the construction and the documentation of the actual execution of the construction in accordance with the terms of the contract and the applicable legal regulations.

Due to the scope of professional competence, the sponsor refers to the supporting documentation for this public procurement. The Contractor proves the fulfillment of his / her professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: a) a copy of the Commercial Register or other similarly to the Register, if another legal provision required by such registration (see Section 77 (1) of the Act); an undertaking to be reprogrammed(- 77 (2) (a) of the ZZVZ), in particular a document proving the relevant trade license or license.

The Contracting Authority requires the Supplier to prove the fulfillment of this precondition by submitting documents demonstrating that it is entitled to: • • the construction of buildings, incl. their changes and removal,

• Expboth installation and repair of electrical machines and devices, electronic and telecommunication equipment and electronic presentations, • installation, repair, inspection and testing of lifting equipment, • installation, repair, inspection and testing of electrical equipment. Not Requested The Contracting Authority hereby notifies suppliers that, for reasons of confidentiality, the information does not disclose the back partconditions on the contracting entity's profile. The subject is not published on the profile of the Contracting Authority, Annex No. 1 - Project Documentation, Attachment No. 4 (List of the Work List) and Appendix 6 of this Invitation Documentation, which contains the internal regulations and directives of the Contracting Authority. The Advertiser informs the Contractor to provide this part of the Terms of Service which are of a confidential nature and are not disclosed to the profileat the contracting authority, is unpaid. If the Supplier fulfills the conditions quoted, the Contracting Authority will provide it no later than 3 working days from the date of delivery of the Supplier's request.
