Assignment in project finance (art . 183, paragraphs 1-14 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments) of the concession contract relating to the executive planning, the executionuction, as well as the subsequent management of the intervention called.

Concession in project finance of the executive design, execution and subsequent management of the following works: n. 2 separate underground building blocks intended for rotating public parking spaces and appurtenant car garages, as well as a driveway with tunnel section for bestmunicipal viability, escape and escape route in the event of a magnet, after securing and monitoring the places of intervention.

The total value of the concession is estimated at EUR 13 000 000.00, of which EUR 8 552 682.61 for works, EUR 260 489.99 for costs pfor safety, EUR 4 186 827.40 for general expenses borne by the financial promoter-concessionaire, as better specified in the economic framework of the project.

The tenderer must submit the final draft drawn up at the time of the tender, pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and in compliance with the equivalence principle pursuant to art. 68 of the aforementioned decree, based on pproject of technical and economic feasibility based on the tender, making changes characterizing its know-how which at the same time optimize the economic and financial balance of the investment, in compliance with the expected expenditure and execution times.

With reference to the open procedure, published on the GURI V special series n. 6 of 17.1.2020, following, most recently, the D.P.C..M. published in the GURI of 22.3.2020, aimed at contrasting and limiting the spread of the epidemic from COVID-19, we inform you that the deadline for submitting offers, scheduled for 17.4.2020, and deferred at 13:00 on 27.5.2020.

The first public session, scheduled for 5.5.2020, and set for 15.6.2020 at 10:30 am.
