Contract subject is the supply of tires for the vehicles and machinery of the Municipality of Zografos.

The estimated value of the contract. amounts to EUR 100 983.12 including VAT 24% (budget excluding VAT: EUR 81 438.00, VAT: EUR 19 545.12).The term of the contract shall be one (1) year from the date of signature.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject of the supply.

Economic operators who are established in a Member State of the European Union, are required to be registered in one of the EU Member Statesoccupational or commercial registers, kept in their country of establishment or satisfying any other requirement, are set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. ) Or third countries which have joined the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoingand having entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in their respective professional or commercial registers.
