Acquisition and deployment of digital passes in the department of Aveyron.

The consultation is passed by adapted procedure in application of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1-3 of the Public Order Code.

The services will give rise to a framework agreement withorder without minimum or maximum annual amounts, in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the code of the public order.

This market covers:

- on the one hand the conception, the production, and the distribution digital passport registries in the department of Aveyron,

- on the other hand the accompaniment of the department and the local authorities who would like support for the misImplementation of the program, and project engineering assistance for the deployment of this anti-electronic device.

Duration of the market: the market will be valid from the date of notification until 31.12.2020.

The market is tacitly renewable, once for a period of 12 months, from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021.
