Mode of accomplishment: The DUAE will be filled in with information related to the tenderer's situation.

The supporting documents proving the statements of the DUAE may be:

(2) of the Law no. 99/2016, the contracting authority shall request the tenderer ranked first in the interim ranking, drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation, to submit the supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillmentthe qualification and selection criteria contained in the DUAE. If the requested documents are not issued in Romanian, the translations will be provided in Romanian.

The average global turnover over the last three years (2015, 2016, 2017). Minimum imposed amount: 3 500 000.00 RON. - If it is found that the first ranked offers have equal prices, in order to divide the bids, the contracting entity (via SICAP in the "Questions" section) will ask bidders to post a new financial proposal to SICAP, in which case the contract will be awarded to the bidderwhose new financial proposal has the lowest price. The bidders have the obligation to observe the deadline and deadline for the submission of the new financial proposal. Tenders posted after the notified date and time will be disregarded, leaving valid those already encrypted in SICAP;
