The Contracting Authority for this contract is Ski and Oppegard municipalities. The competition is being held by Ski municipality on behalf of both municipalities.

In connection with ongoing operations and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's buildings, outdoor areas, water and sewage systems, etc., there will be a requirement for excavation, construction, and landscape gardening works, with accompanying transport of machines, equipment and masses.

The objective of this Framework Agreement is to ensure the municipalities a swift and ongoing access to these services in accordance with requirements, and when the municipalities are lacking capacity to carry out the work themselves. We shall use the contractors for renovation of and emergency incidents on the Water and Sewage system.

Works for park facilities, pavement block, play apparatus, minor gardener work, retaining walls and planting are also required.
