The subject of the order is divided into 4 (four) positions as follows:

Main Site: The territory of the Pleven region

The indicative quantities by type of work are followeddays:

- cutting of single trees - 100 000 pieces,

- cutting of 1 decare of shrubs, shoots, self-seed, weed trees and trees with a stem diameter of up to 8 centimeters - 1, 050 decares,

- shaping of a crown on a single wood - 1 800 pcs.

The award criterion for this tender in determining the most economically advantageous tender is `the lowest price`.each lot will be made according to the technical readiness and necessity of the assignor for assignment of the performance. For the assignment of the specific types of works, the assignor draws up a performance appraisal document (s) describing the types of works and their quantity, the execution time, the price on the basis of unit values from the value account (SS) attached to the contract.

Acceptance of the work on each assignment document is done with a acceptance protocol signed by both parties. Specific assignments will be assigned with separate delivery documents with specified amounts. The contract for performance of the works of the subject of the contract will be concluded for a period of 48 (forty eight) months from the date of its signing by twoor up to a maximum of BGN 1 150 000 excluding VAT. The Contractor shall, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, communicate with control authorities, such as State Forestry, Municipal Forestry or specialized forest administrations of the structure of the relevant municipality, National Parks, Organic Organizations and others directly related to the subject matter of the orderincluding the issue of a permit and / or a logging permit. For this purpose, if required and at the request of the contractor, the contracting authority issues and submits the relevant powers of attorney. The technical requirements for the execution of the contract are set out in Section II of the tender documentation and are an annex to the contract.
