Treasury services.

The framework agreement has as its object the treasury service, or the whole of the operations concerning the financial management of the member bodies.

Comply with the framework agreement together with the Metropolitan City of Genoa, the following municipalities of the metropolitan area:

- lot 1: Metropolitan City, Arenzano, Cogoleto, Serra Ricco, Sant'Olcese, Busalla, Ronco Scrivia, Mignanego, Savignone, Mele, Montoggio, Valbrevenna, Vobbia and Union of Municipalities of Scrivia,

- lot 2: Lavagna, Casarza Ligure, Bargagli, San Colombano Certenoli, Pieve Ligure, Davagna, Rezzoaglio and Neirone.

A provisional guarantee, as defined by art. 93 of the Code, equal to:

- lot 1: 6 600.00 EUR,

- lot 2: 2 880.00 EUR.

Except as requiredto the art. 93, paragraph 7 of the Code.

Definitive guarantee: guarantee by the contractor in the manner and in the terms set forth in art. 103 of the legislative decree 18.4.2016, n. 50, according to the specifications referred to in Article 7 of the framework agreement.

Financing: with budgetary resources of the bodies participating in the agreement. The derivative contracts are subordinated to the approval of the municipal budgets of-forecasting and related annexes and taking on the consequent spending commitments.

Payments: paid according to the modalities foreseen by the general conditions.

The economic operators in single or associated form (see Rules of participation, paragraph 1) must meet the general requirements of admission (see Rules of Participation, paragraph 2).

Self-certificationmust be demonstrated.

The competitor must have, on the date of publication of the call for tenders, the requisites necessary for the performance of the Treasury Service in accordance with the regulations in force pursuant to art. 208 of the legislative decree 18.8.2000, n. 267, namely:

- for lot 1, competitors must be banks authorized to carry out the activity referred to in Article 10-of the legislative decree 1.9.1993, n. 385, or other subjects authorized by special rules, as required by article 208, paragraph 1, lett. c), of the aforementioned decree n. 267,

- for the lot 2, the economic operators referred to in article 208, paragraph 1, lett. b) of the aforementioned decree n. 267.
