Ordering a travel service for the Ministry of Defense

Reference Number: 198427

A travel agency service is purchased on the basis of contracts awarded as a result of the purchase.

The tour operator purchases the service on the basis of contracts awarded as a result of the procurement.

1) The last three financial years of the tenderer, hesitateThe total amount required must be at least EUR 2, 000, 000.

The tenderer will provide the necessary information on the expiry date of the 2015, 2016, and 2017 purchasing passes for the period of 2015, 2016 and 2017 for the purpose of supporting the above-mentioned drawings. The tenderer must, at the request of the contracting authority, submit the following statements for the annual report in order to comply with the above-mentioned requirements (for providers registered in the Republic of Estonia, the data are not applicable if-documents are available to the contracting authority from public databases without expense)

2) The tenderer must have the guarantee provided in accordance with - 15 of the Tourism Act

The contracting authority verifies the existence of a corresponding security from the register of economic activities.

The reason for the division of public procurement into undrawn distribution.

The services purchased under the planned framework agreement are closely interrelated and, as a rule, the contracting authority needs to ordertut service at one time (eg safe transport, transfer and okeobimine). If the procurement would be split by different services, it would be difficult for the contracting authority to match the offers of different service providers and to obtain a comprehensive service with a reasonable amount of time and cost.
