Travel organization and support services for young people achieving their cohesion stay as part of the national servicenal universal for the ministry responsible for national education and youth.

Provision of travel organization and support services for young people carrying out their cohesion stay as part of the universal national service for the ministry responsible for national education and youth.

The tenderer produces a declaration on honor that he does not enterns none of the grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 of the public procurement code (via the ESPD or the DC1 form).

A) This contract is a invitation to tender opened in application of the provisions of articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2-1 of the public procurement code;

B) The market takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with un only economic operator fixing all the contractual stipulations without minimum or maximum threshold in application of article R. 2162-4-3 of the public procurement code;

D) Purchase orders are issued as and when required throughout the execution of the contract;

C) The contract is concluded in euros;

E) The prices are unitary and appear in appendix 1 of the act of engagement and ins the quotes issued by the holder and accepted by the ministry. Payment may be made by administrative transfer to the holder or by the device at a financial institution;

G) The contract is financed from the state budget;

H) The sums will be paid in accordance with the provisions of articles R 2192-10, R. 2192-12 et seq. Of the public procurement code, in thecompliance with the overall payment period fixed at 30 days by administrative transfer;

F) The criteria for judging applications and offers are specified in the consultation regulations;

I) Variants proposed on the initiative of tenderers are not authorized ;

J) Companies can take the form of a solidarity group or a joint group. In case of choix of the joint group, the representative must be united. If the solidarity group is chosen, payment is made to a single account managed by the group`s representative;
