This consultation takes the form of an open call for tenders takes place in application of articles R. 2124—2 and R. 2161—2 to R. 2161—5 of the public procurement code. It is aframework agreement concluded with a single economic operator in application of articles R. 2162—1 to R. 2162—6 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is with purchase orders with minimum and maximum, expressed in quantities, passed in application of articles R. 2162—13 and R. 2162—14 of the public order code.
