Provision of securities transport and physical organization of the movements of ENSTA Bretagne, in France and abroad, for reason of service.of transport tickets and material organization of the ENSTA Bretagne`s movements, in France and abroad, for reasons of service.

1) the application letter (printed DC1) duly completed and dated by the candidate appearing alone or, in the case of a group application, by all the members of the group who give power to the representative to act on their behalf;

2) all documents relating toin the power of the person authorized to bind the company (in case of delegation, all documents justifying the status of the delegate);

3) a certificate on the honor to justify that the economic operator does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-14 of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of 26.11.2018 on the legislative part of the CCP (or model DC1);

4) in the case of subcontracting, the applicant shall provide the subcontractor declaration - model DC4, as well as all documents required for himself confirming the professional, financial and technical capabilities of the subcontractor. It must specify, in addition, the nature of the services subcontracted and provide a certificate to justify that the subcontractor does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-14 of Order No. 2018-1074 of 26.11.2018 in the Legislative Part of the CCP;

5) in case of receivership, the applicant must provide a copy of the judgment authorizing him to continue his activity. during the course of the market.
