The purpose of the public procurement is the provision of quality airline ticket serviceand for the transportation of passengers and luggage and the provision of hotel reservations and medical insurance for trips in the country and abroad for the needs of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria. Estimated quantities: about 500 airline tickets, about 100 hotel bookings and about 600 health insurance. Quantities are estimated and the assignor reserves the right not to assign them in full. The assignor has pif you need airline tickets, hotel reservations and health insurance above the stated amounts, make orders up to the maximum value of the contract

Estimated quantities: about 500 airline tickets, about 100 hotel bookings and about 600 health insurance. Quantities are estimated and the assignor reserves the right not to-assign them in full. The Contracting Authority is entitled to make air travel tickets, hotel reservations and health insurance above the stated amounts to the maximum value of the contract.

The participants in the procedure must be registered with the Tour Operator Register and Travel Agents - part of the National Tourist Register, in accordance with Art. 61, para. 3 othe Tourism Act. In accordance with the wording of - 4, para. 1 of the Transitional and Concluding Provisions of the Tourism Act, the Contracting Authority will accept the registration of tour operators and / or travel agents, as per the revoked Tourism Act. For foreign participants - have the right to make reservations and issue or sell airline tickets and be entered in a similar register (if applicable)(Article 60 (1) of the PPA)

When submitting the tender, the participant declares his / her compliance with the selection criterion by filling in Part IV "Selection criteria", section A "Eligibility" "from a single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP).

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act proof of compliance with the posselection criterion: a copy of valid registration / entry documents issued by the competent authority and certifying the right to perform the relevant activity unless the circumstances evidenced by the certificate are not available through a public free registry or information or access to it shall not be provided by the competent authority of the contracting authority on an official basistourists should have a valid mandatory liability "Tour Operator's Responsibility" under Article 97, paragraph 1 of the Law on Tourism For foreign persons - equivalent valid insurance covering liability for damage caused by non-payment to their counterparties, including insolvency and insolvency (Article 61 (1) (2) of the PPA)

When submitting the tender, the participant deckascribes its compliance with the selection criterion by filling in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section B "Economic and Financial Situation" by EEDOP.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act proof of compliance with the selected selection criterion: evidence of the presence of the Tour Operator's Responsibility Insurance and for non-resident equivalents

Continued from Section III.2.2): The participant shall remove a participant who, upon request of the latter, does not provide the necessary information on the legal form of organization under which they operate and a list of all obliged persons within the meaning of Art. 54, para. 2 and Art. 55, para. 3 of the PPA. They may take advantage of the opportunity under Art. 56 of the PPL, presenting reliability measures. Pursuant to Art. 55, para.-4 of the Public Procurement Act shall have the right not to remove from the procedure the court for which the circumstance under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, if it is proved that the latter has not ceased its activity and is able to execute the order. The performance guarantee for the contract amounts to 3% (three percent) of the contract value excluding VAT. The guarantee may be presented in one of the forms provided in Art. 111, para.-5 of the Public Procurement Act. Each payment under this contract is made on the basis of the following documents:

(a) Invoice for hotel reservation with accommodation vouchers;

(b) a copy of the original airline ticket or electronic ticket sent by electronic mail;

(c) a document certifying the purchase and delivery of an airline ticket; (d) a medical insurance invoice with a copy of a policy for insurance of commands(e) other documents for the delivery of air tickets and hotel reservation made at the request of the contracting authority.

On the grounds of Art. 104, para. 2 of the PPA, the contracting authority provides that the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants in the procedure shall be carried out prior to the preliminary selection. Given this, bidding may not be presented in a sealed envelope. Actions nand the commission shall be carried out in the sequence provided for in Art. 61 of the PPP
