European open tender for the provision of booking and issuing of travel and hotel titles, planning, travel organization and ancillary assistance ISMEA - CIG: 7876999136.

The contract concerns the assignment of the reservation service and issuing of travel and hotel titles, planning and organization of trips and assistsancillary entitlement in favor of Ismea.

The tender will be awarded even in the presence of only one valid offer, as long as it is considered appropriate and convenient pursuant to art. 97, paragraph 6of the code.

It is possible to obtain clarifications on this procedure by proposing written questions to be sent exclusively through the IT platform, in the dedicated section, at least 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of bids electronically, or within on 14.6.2019.

Requests for clarifications must beformulated exclusively in Italian. Pursuant to art. 74, paragraph 4 of the code, the answers to all the requests presented in due time will be provided on the Platform at least 6 days before the expiry of the deadline set for the presentation of the offers, by publication in anonymous form.
