Providing travel and accommodation services, either in the national territory or in the course of travel to the foreigner, in particular the transport service by any means (air, rail and maritima), rent-a-car, as well as their transport of luggage and other services(Aereo do Tejo Atlantico, SA) Providing travel and accommodation services, either in the national territory or in trips to the foreigner, namely the transport service by any means (air, ferry and sea), rental of vehicles ( rent-a-car), as well as their baggage transport and related complementary services for the Aguas do Tejo AtlaFor the verification of compliance with the technical and financial capacity requirements indicated in the program of procedure, and without prejudice to Article 179 (1) (b) and Article 182 of the CCP, applications accompanied by the following documents: (a) Document attesting to continuous access to a global distribution system (GDS - Global Distribution(C) A document proving how it is registered in the National Register (s) in which it has been registered for at least four (4) years; of the Travel and Tourism Agencies (RNAVT); (d) the bank statement referred to in Article 179 (3) (a) of the CCP, as set out in Annex VIof the CCP referred to in the previous paragraph 3. Applicants must comply with the minimum financial capacity requirements referred to in article 164, paragraphs 4 and 3 of article 165, and number 3 of article 179 of the CCP, to prove in accordance with the model of Annex VI of that code.
