The contract, for each lot, has for object the transport service of drinking water by tank trucks in the Umbrian Valley services, and a service available 365 days a day, 24 hours a day4 ensuring operation within a maximum of one hour from the call.

Drinking water transport service by tank trucks from 30 to 33 m, for the departments of Foligno and Spoleto della Valle Umbra Servizi SpA in the territory in the province of Perugia, water tanksand lifting systems of the water network located in the territories of the Municipalities of Castel Ritaldi, Giano dell`Umbria, Campello sul Clitunno, Gualdo Cattaneo, Norcia

a) entry in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of commissions provincial for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this procedure of gara.

The competitor not established in ITALY but in another member state or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the code, presents an affidavit or according to the methods in force in the state in which it is established.

To prove the requirement, the contracting authority automatically acquires documents held by public administrations, subject to indication by the econom operatorico, of the essential elements for finding the information or data requested;

b) registration in the published by the prefecture of the province in which the company is based. In the event of temporary grouping already established or to be established, or of aggregation of network companies, or of EEIG, each of the companies grouped / grouped or consortium / consortium members or members of the contratto network every economic entity must possess this requirement. In the event of consortia pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. b) and c) of the code, the requirement must be possessed by the consortium and by the companies indicated as executors.
