Public road transport services

A19 - Offers regular services

Offers regular services corresponding to approx. 670 000 vehicle hours per years and about 190 operating buses. The service is offered in 24 tender units. Expected start of operations will be contracted in the period from December 2021 to June 2022.

Regular service. The drive findsat the time of the tender, take place on lines 1A and 133. This can be changed according to the conditions in the tender documentation. in the CVR register or equivalent foreign register.

Movia has demanded that the applicant for aAt the time of the search, the company has ordinary business liability insurance with a minimum sum of personal injury of DKK 10, 000, 000 and a minimum sum of compensation for property damage of DKK 2, 000, 000 per person.

Applicant can in the ESPD Part IV paragraph. B indicate only an amount, and the applicant must therefore indicate in this field of the ESPD the annual amount of personal injury cover and an annex to the ESPD, where the applicant states the annual sum for damage to property.

Applicants are aware that potentially significant changes to the tender documents may be made as part of the negotiations, with Movia reserving to negotiate all parts of the tender documents, unless explicitly stated that a part of the tender documents will not be the subject of negotiations. Movia canmake this award in the light of the first negotiated offer.

This tender or any part thereof may be canceled or deferred if, for example, the required legal basis cannot be obtained. Applicants are not paid for preparation of requests for participation or preparation of tenders. This regardless of any cancellation.

To be able to adjust the expiry of a contract with a futureeg change of timetable, tenders, etc. Movia may extend the contract period on unchanged terms for all or part of the contract by up to 1 year - but a maximum of up to a total of 13 years, cf. section 3 (3) of the contract. 6.

Movia will hold information meeting for operators about the offer on Monday, 3.2.2020 at. 14:00. The meeting will be held at Movia, Gl. K0ge Landevej 3, Valby. Registration for the information meeting must take place no later than31.1.2020 to ppb@moviatrafik.dk
