Contract Framework agreement for "Operation and operation service with authorized personnel of transpo facilitiescable car from the ski resort Voineasa Ski Resort Transalpina and related services ", Voineasa commune, Valcea county.

Main Site: Voineasa commune, Valcea county. Voineasa Ski Resort Transalpina ", Voineasa commune, Valcea county.

Estimated value for exploitation servicese and operation of cable transport facilities and activities related to the ski area Voineasa Ski Resort Transalpina is RON 4, 984, 960, excluding VAT, for the entire duration of the framework agreement, the draft agreement of the framework services for the operation and operation of transport facilities on cable and activities related to the Voineasa Ski Resort Transalpina ski area.

1) The bidders, third party supporters and subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The way in which the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure (including any third parties and subcontractors) with the information related to their situation.

The documents justifytives that prove the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked on the first place in the intermediate ranking drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the bids. regarding the payment of taxes, fees or contributions tothe general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,

- the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administration, management or supervision body of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, of decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by ONRC / const actitutiv,

- as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of the Law 98/2016 on public procurement,

- other supporting documents, as the case may be;

2) The bidders, subcontractors and third parties must not be found in the situations provided in art. 60 of Law 98/2016. The modality by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: a declaration of non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law 98/2016 together with DUAE, by all participants in the award procedure (tenderer, associate, subcontractor and third party supporter);

Specify the average annual turnover. The economic operators submitting the offer will present the average annual turnover of the tenderer over the last 3 years (2016, 2017, 2018). This must be a minimum of 1 550 000 RON.

The evaluation of the offers is made by comparing the prices, without VAT, of each offer in parts and establishing the ranking of offers by increasing the respective prices according to art. 138 paragraph (1) of the GD no. 395 / 2016.
