We expect the provider to be able to provide as many posters as possible of the National Lottery in Belgium and as soon as possible.

The economic and financial capacity of companies is assessed on the basis of an assessment of their financial ratios according to D & B. The National Lottery is responsible for requesting reports from D & B.

Companies with a bankruptcy score of less than 30 out of 100 will be removed from the list.unless a proper financial analysis of the annual accounts for the last three years qualifies this negative image. In the absence of a D & B report for non-critical markets, the assessment should be made on the basis of the latest available annual accounts. In this case, we will take a solvency (equity / total balance sheet) of at least 20%.
