Assignment of transport services in the Tennengau region on the SVV line 925

On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of the exercise of an activity in Austria as well as on the VObligation pursuant to -- 20 or 188 (1) of the Federal Procurement Act 2006 is expressly pointed out. Sections 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who make an official decision regarding their profession for the purpose of doing business in Austriafsqualifikation, as soon as possible, but in any event before the expiry of the offer period. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this connection to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
