Transportation service for severely disabled people

Framework contract transport service for severely disabled people in Mannheim

Main site: Entire urban area of Mannheim (postcode 68 *) and Ludwigshafen am Rhein ( Post code 67 *)

Seat transport: approx. 2 227 journeys with usual cars or taxis without additional escortsclothes / guardian. Special transport: approx. 4 563 trips with a special vehicle for wheelchair transport without additional escort / escort. Special Transporter 2: approx. 785 trips with a special vehicle for wheelchair transport with additional escort / escort to be provided by the contractor.

The trips take place in the entire city of Mannheim and Ludwigshafen am Rhein.

1)-Self-declaration concerning the registration in the professional register of the registered office or domicile;

2) self-declaration that insolvency proceedings or similar legal proceedings have not been requested or opened, an application for commencement has not been rejected for lack of assets and the company is not in liquidation;

3) Self-declaration, whether a bankruptcy plan rechtskraef4) self-declaration that no serious misconduct has been demonstrably committed which calls into question the reliability of the applicant / tenderer;
