FR13 - Flextrafik Route offer

This offer of Flextrafik Route deals with special courses of citizens from protected workshops, daycare and the like, where there is a fixed driving pattern. The tender is divided into 2 sub-agreements and comprises operations in municipalities in Region Hovedstaden. The total amount of goods in the 2 lots is estimated to be approx. 35, 000 hours during the contract period of approx. 120 users. It is a general requirement that drivers understand and accept the user group and are trained for the particular tasks entrusted with the responsibility for driving with disabled persons. Operators must be able to handle route planning and communication with institutions and agenciesAt a high level of service, the driving is carried out according to the applicable service criteria and in relation to the individual institutions' requirements for the execution of the license. Virtually all users require a permanent driver.

Drivers of users to and from Kirkebaekskolen. Driving is assessed pt. to include about 61 users on weekdays.

Tender must be in possession of either (i) a valid permit-commercial passenger transport from the Traffic, Construction and Housing Agency, either issued under the Bus Act (LBK No. 1050 of 12.11.2012) or under the Tax Act (LBK No. 1538 of 19 December 2017) or ii) a permit for commercial passenger transport under the previously applicable tax law (LBK No. 107 of 30 January 2013) which is still in force or (iii) an authorization to operatelovers, cf. Act No. 1538 of 19 December 2017, Section 5 (alternative municipal approval as a booking office). This authorization shall be valid at the time of submission of tenders. The tenderer must also be included in the CVR register or equivalent foreign register.

The grounds for exclusion in section 135, 136 and 137, No. 1, 2, 3 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act apply to the tender. Refer to tSection 1.4 of the tender documents.
