Assignment of transport services in the Flachgau Nordost region on the SVV lines 125, 126.

On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of doing business in OAustria as well as the obligation according to -- 20 resp. 188 exp. 1 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 are expressly pointed out. Sections 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who make a decision in favor of carrying on business in Austriain order to obtain their professional qualification as soon as possible, but in any event before the expiry of the period for submission of tenders. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this connection to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
