On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibleIt is expressly pointed out that the exercise of an activity in Austria as well as the obligation pursuant to -- 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Procurement Act 2006 are expressly indicated. Sections 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who are responsible for the carrying out of an activity io have to obtain an official decision concerning their professional qualification, to initiate a procedure as soon as possible, or at least before the expiry of the period for submission of tenders.
