This assignment concerns the implementation of the Complaints Reporting Point during the fixed term and any extensions such as shown in PvE 2.1 of the three regional taxi projects of the province of Utrecht. The execution of the KlachThe registration point consists of the following components:

The volume of complaints can not be predicted in advance because the number of complaints is influenced, among other things, by the delivered quality of the implementing parties and circumstances such as weather and traffic congestion. Based on the complaints submitted in the past 2 years, the number of complaints submitted is 0.4% of the aantal rides. This percentage must be seen as a guideline. Tenderers can not deny rights to this directive. Appendix 2a contains an overview of the number of complaints per contract period, whereby a distinction is made between parts that are already certain that they fall under the framework agreement (fixed) and parts that are not certain (options). Also to the ones in this annex-numbers can not be derived from rights.
