SBB intends to purchase 2 132/9 kV, 16.7 Hz, 30 MVA transformers for the Chatelard plant. Delivery of these transformers is scheduled for May 2020.

SBB intends to purchase 2 132/9 kV, 16.7 Hz, 30 MVA transformers for the Chatelard plant. The delivery of these transformersIt is planned for May 2020.

We will make a visit of the installation on 28.8.2018 at 11:00 in the Chatelard factory.

Place of rendezvous: entrance of the electrical plant CFF Chatelard, route de Chatelard 2, 1925 Chatelard VS.

The number of participants per tenderer is limited to 2 people. The registration, with the names of the participants and their company, must be sent by courte-mail for the 26.8.2018 12:00 at: einkauf.energie@sbb.ch

A) 2 references from the last 10 years for comparable objects commissioned. At least one of these references must relate to the 16.7 Hz range;

(B) confirmation from the institute that in the event of a contract award, the required guarantee must be produced;

C) proof of a quality management systemfrom the ISO company or comparable;

D) proof of an environmental management system of the company ISO 14001 or comparable (company policy and environmental policy, evidence of the consideration of environmental aspects in the development of products, report of an internal environmental audit or verifications / controls, ...)

E) Proof of staff resourcessufficient, with adequate training and sufficient technical capacity to complete the project on time. Description of the manpower capacity, including training, technical resources, production capabilities and their organization for the performance of the contract to be awarded; F) proof of sufficient organization to provide service and assistance. The organization ofservice and assistance must be provided (response time, service, personnel, ...).
