Providing transaction analysis solutions in cryptocurrency

Reference Number: CRYPTO

Providing transaction analysis solutions in cryptocurrency for the benefit of the national gendarmerie, the national police and customs. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 2 years, renewable twice for one year. The framework agreement is mono-attributaire. It gives rise to the award of subsequent marches. It refers to CCLS / ICT. It is concluded without minimum and maximum.

Providing transaction analysis solutions in cryptocurrencies. The estimated quantities are:

- item 1.1: acquisition of the Bitcoin transaction analysis solution: 25 licenses,

- item 1.2: updates: 75 updates,

- item 1.3: training: 12 formations,

- post 2.1: acquisition of the transaction analysis solution in other cryptocurrencies: 20 license completions (if the complementary modules are proposed),

- item 2.2: updates: 60 updates (if the complementary modules are proposed),

- item 2.3: additional training: 12 training supplements.

The buyer accepts that the candidate presents his candiin the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME) instead of the documents mentioned in Articles R. 2344-1 to R. 2344-4 of the Public Order Code. An economic operator who participates individually must complete a DUME. An economic operator who participates on an individual basis, but who uses the capabilities of one or more other entities, muste the buyer receives both his DUME and a separate DUEM containing the relevant information for each entity he uses; that is, the information requested in Part II, sections A and B and Part III), duly completed and signed by the entities concerned and to the extent relevant, in view of the capabilities to which the economic operatorrecourse, Parts IV) and V). In the case of applications in the form of a group of economic operators, a separate DUEM indicating the information required under Parts II to V must be submitted for each of the participating economic operators. In the case of a non-DUM application:

- a declaration on the honor (prints DC1 or equivalent) to justify that it does not enter anythe cases mentioned in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 of the Public Order Code of 5.12.2018 and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of labor code concerning the employment of handicapped workers,

- declaration of the candidate or form DC2 (downloadable from the link http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-candidat), or equivalentduly filled out and date,

- letter of application or form DC1 sign (downloadable from the link http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-candidat) or equivalent, duly completed, and date . In the case of a grouping of enterprises, form DC1 will be complete for each member of the grouping; where the framework agreement is awarded to an economic group of operatorsIn this case, an approval document will have to be signed by each other member of the group during the allocation phase.
