State of the application file at its reception by the Pole procurement and public procurement on the basis of the documents requested for the consultation regulation and the examination oftechnical, financial and professional aspects presented by the candidate in support of his application file.

This public contract is concluded and concluded at the end of an open bidding procedure referred to in section 42.1 of Order 2015-899 of July 23rd, 2015 modified relative to the public markets, 25 and 66 to 68 of the decree n 2016-360 of March 25th, 2016 modified relative to the marketslic. The deadline for submission of tenders is 120 days from the deadline. The submission of an offer is not subject to a prior site visit. The technical merit criterion mentioned in this opinion is subdivided into 4 sub-criteria, as follows:

sub-criterion n 1 relating to the expertise of the team assigned weighting up to 15 out of 60 points;

Sub-critere n 2 relating to the quality of the methodology and coherence of the detailed schedule of performance of the services weighted up to 15 out of 60 points; sub-criterion n 3 relating to the performance of the proposed solution, particularly in terms of security weighted up to 20 points; Sub-criterion 4 concerning the quality of assistance and assistance to the resolution of problems weighed ate 10 points. The attention of the candidates is drawn to the obligatory character of the deposit of files by electronic way on the buyer profile.
