The consultation comprises twelve geographical lots, the perimeter of all the lots covering the metropolitan territory (Corsica included, Franche-Comte and DOM excluded.)

Whatever the batch, the description of the needs and the characteristics-expected benefits are unchanged (Articles 4 to 6 of these specifications). Only the geographical scope of deployment of the services varies according to the lot.

The service providers will be able to tender to one or several batches.
