A service for organizing and conducting 48 training-activation cycles consisting of professional courses, competency training in the field of vocational activation for OISW in Opole.

The subject of the order is the provision of organizing and conducting by the Contractor 48-training and activation cycles for persons detained in penitentiary units subordinate to the District Inspectorate of the Prison Service in Opole: at the Prison Detention Center in Opole, Prison in Brzeg, Criminal in Glubczyce, Prison in Kluczbork, Prison in Nysa, Prison in Sierak-w Śląski, Prison No. 1 in Strzelce Opolskie and the Penal Institution No.2 in Strzelce Opolskie.

Cycle 1. Gardener combined with professional activation - 126 hours, number of participants 12 prisoners - men;

Competences and entitlements to the professional activity that allows continuing education innon-school form in the scope of the implementation of courses from parish 3 points 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 18.8.2017 on continuing education in non-school forms / Journal of Laws of 2017. item 1632 from zm /.

(ie the Contractor, in accordance with paragraph 2, points 4-5 in conjunction with par.18 par. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 18.8.2017 on continuing education in forms Pozaszkolnych / Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1632, item zm / may be a continuing education institution, or a practical training institution, or a vocational training and further training center within the meaning of art. 2 points 4 of the Act of 14.12.2016 on Educational Law. These entities may be public or non-public). In view of the above, if the contractor acting as a permanent education institution, or as apractical training placement, or as a center for further education and training:

1) is a public institution established by a legal entity other than a local government unit or a natural person, it will prove that it has a valid permit referred to in Art. 88 section 4 point 1 of the Act of 14/12/2016 Educational law, issued in the form of an administrative decision referred to in paragraph 6decree of the minister of national education of 18/8/2017 on specific rules and conditions for granting and withdrawing a permit to establish a school or public institution by a legal person or a natural person.

2) is a private placement established by a legal person or a natural person, it will prove that he has a current entry in the register referred to in Article 168 section 1 of the Act of 18/08/2017-roku Prawo oświatowe /Dz.U. from 2017, item 59 with late zm./ The list of statements and documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings is included in the SIWZ available on the ordering party's website.

The minimum percentage rate of employment of persons belonging to the category referred to in art. 22 ust. 2 point 3 of the Act on Public Procurement Law, employed by sheltered workshops or specializedenemies or their units - is 30%.
