Two-day workshop on offer preparation and settlement of grants

The organization of workshops aims to contribute to increasing theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of preparationbidding and settlement of subsidies by non-governmental organizations and other entities mentioned in art. 3 clause 3 of the Act of 24.4.2003 on public benefit activities and volunteering, among others in the context of the amendment of the framework offer templates in connection with the regulation of the Chairman of the Public Benefit Committee of 24.10.2018 on the offer templates and framework model contracts regardingh the implementation of public tasks and sample reports on the performance of these tasks.

Main Site: The Contractor will organize workshops at the same facility located outside the administrative borders of the Capital City of Warsaw at a geographical distance of up to 60 km. from the headquarters of the Employer.

Transport: The Contractor shall provide transport of up to 60 participants from the center of Warsaw (Plac Defilad) to the place of organizationworkshops and return transport from the workshop organization site to the center of Warsaw (Pl. Defilad).

Coordinator: The contractor is obliged to provide a coordinator who knows the workshop program, who is at the disposal of workshop participants from the moment of collection, during the workshop participants` stay in the hotel until their check-out.

Hotel: The contractor must providesame accommodation facility for workshop participants and 2 representatives of the Employer. The facility should be located outside the administrative boundaries of the capital city of Warsaw, at a geographical distance up to 60 km from the seat of the Employer. The facility should meet a minimum 3-star standard. Accommodation in single rooms is representative of the Employer) and 3-bed (workshop participants)w), equipped with full plumbing, RTV equipment and access to the Internet. In the absence of availability of 3-bed rooms, 2-bed rooms are allowed. The coordinator will supervise the accommodation of workshop participants.

Dining: The contractor is obliged to provide hotel and restaurant services in the same facility for all-day coffee service, 1 breakfastand in the form of a "Swedish buffet" according to the hotel standards, 2 hot lunches and 1 dinner in the form of a "Swedish buffet" according to the hotel standard for workshop participants and for 2 representatives of the Ordering Party.

Coffee service should consist of: confectionery (cookies brittle), coffee, tea, still bottled mineral water and be available to participants in workshop roomsaccording to the schedule in an amount ensuring that each workshop participant in the given group will benefit. Lunch should consist of: soup or vegetarian soup (to choose), warm meat or vegetarian dish (to choose) along with 1 addition and raw, drink and dessert.

Trainers: The Contractor will provide trainers (3 people) conducting workshops, of which 1 of the trainersgood lecture. Coaches are allowed to jointly conduct the lecture. Trainers will also be present at the summary of the workshop and giving a certificate of completion of the workshop. Trainers should meet the criteria set out in Chapter III.4 of the IWZ.

Workshop rooms: The Contractor shall provide 3 rooms (3 x 20 people) with seating, necessary equipment (flipchart, table, computer connected to the project)ra) and technical support, enabling simultaneously free workshop work of 3 groups. One room must allow lectures (1 x 60 people), summary of the workshops, completion of evaluation questionnaires and giving certificates of completion of the workshop. The Employer allows workshops to be held in three rooms, and a lecture, summary of workshops to be completed in the additional fourth room.Evaluation surveys and handing over certificates of completing workshops. The Employer allows 1 large lecture hall to be divided into smaller workshop rooms, enabling free workshop work of 3 groups.

Insurance: The Contractor is obliged to insure workshop participants and 2 representatives of the Employer against accidents, including tpermanent disability and death of the insured as a result of an accident.

Materials: The Contractor is obliged to develop and print, after prior consultation with the Employer: a workshop program (printing in an amount equal to the number of recruited participants); workshop outline (printing in an amount equal to the number of recruited participants); evaluation surveys (printing in an amount equal toe recruited participants); workshop report (1 item print), containing a description of the activities carried out by the Contractor, workshop content, analysis of evaluation surveys and analysis of further needs. range.
