Part 1: Technical and Technological Equipment - ICT

-The bidder in the bid shall submit the specification of the subject matter of the contract - his own proposal to fulfill the contract, which must meet the minimum required parameters specified in these supporting documents, the specific designation of the products, at least by the manufacturer, type designation or other designation, if necessary to clearly specify the specific product

Part 3: Interior equipment from the obligation to submit documentsshowing the fulfillment of the conditions relating to personal status pursuant to Section 32 separately for the relevant part of the subject matter of the contract, the contracting authority shall only accept the submission of documents and documents to fulfill the conditions of participation pursuant to Section 32 of the GPO, even if the tenderer submits a tender for more than one part of the contract. If the applicant, the place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of his / her institution, place of business or habitual residence do not issue any of the documents listed in - 32 para. 2 ZVO or not even equivalent documents, can be replaced by honest exileaccording to the regulations valid in the state of his / her place of business, place of business or usual residence.

A group of suppliers involved in public procurement, demonstrates compliance with the conditions relating to personal status under this point for each member of the group separately.

Originals required or a certified copy of all documents required under this Participation Conditionto replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions relating to personal status, determined by the contracting authority by the tenderer also in accordance with - 39 ZVO, by the Uniform European Document.

Communication and exchange of information in public procurement takes place in writing, by electronic means. Communication including delivery for the purposes of this public procurementThis will be done in a way determined by the functionality of the eZakazky electronic tool on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. I will be available to any interested person on the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk without any limitations. The method of requesting and providing the supporting documents:

a) an economic entity submits an electronic address to the internet search engine www.ezakazky.sk,

b) clicke on the order,

c) clicks on Request for Participation /

, d) apply for the system in the following way:

D1) if the economic operator already has an account in the system, he / she signs in directly with his / her already submitted login data ( in the case of forgotten login data, the option to send login data electronically to the electronic address;

D2) if the economic operatordoes not have an account in the system, clicks on Registration and proceeds according to the instructions for registration in the system directly on the website www.ezakazky.sk. systeme at www.ezakazky.sk

In case of sweatIn order to explain the conditions of participation in public procurement, supporting documents or other accompanying documentation or other documents provided by the contracting authority within the deadline for submission of tenders, according to the provision any interested person may request a deadline for public procurement to explain them directly via the electronic system www. ezakazky.sk.

The above procedure also applies if the economic entity obtains the supporting documents from the contracting authority's profile or by other means.and the principle of equal treatment of interests and the principle of transparency, the public procurer has determined the aforementioned method of communication; other ways of communication will not be taken into account by the public procurer if the public procurer has not clarified other individual ways of communication in special cases. As the Public Procurement Operator in the Call for Proposals form limits the number of characters that can be inserted in this form in a text attribute field, it is not possible to specify in detail the terms of electronic communications in the Invitation text. The detailed definition and determination of document delivery and communication with interested parties and bidders shall bein supporting documents. From the above, only the communications portal was included in the Challenge text, and the rules for requesting background information or requesting clarification are based on this.
