Organization and performance of general measurement traffic in 2020 on voivodship roads administered by the Wielkopolska Voivodship Road Administrationin Poznań (divided into 9 parts).

Conducting direct road traffic measurements as part of general traffic measurement 2020 on the measuring sections of voivodship roads in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship, managed by the Wielkopolska Voivodship Road Administration in Poznań divided into 9 parts area of operation of the Voivodship Road District in Czarnk-w. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer a current statement as at the date of submission of the offers constituting a preliminary confirmation that the Contractor:

a) is not subject to exclusion;

b) meets the conditions for participation in the procedure in the form of a single European order document. The electronic JEDZ / ESPD filling tool is available at the following address: http://espd.uzp.gov.pl

Composition instructionsania JEDZ constitutes an attachment to the Terms of Reference and will be posted on the platformplatformazakupowa.pl/pn/wzdw Contractor within 3 days of posting on the platform platformazakupowa.pl/pn/wzdw information referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, provides the Employer with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group.

The Employer, in accordance with art. 24aa of the PPL Act, provides for the opportunity to first evaluate the offers, and then examine whether the Contractor whose bid was assessed as the most favorable, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Employer provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the provisions of the contract in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, specified inprovisions of the contract.

The offer validity period is 60 days. The offer validity period begins with the submission deadline.

If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in item 9.7.2. ToR:

1) item 1 submits information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such register, anotherown valid document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence or place of residence has the person to whom the information or document relates, to the extent specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law;

2) point 2 4 submits a document or documents issued in the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence, confirming accordingly that:

a) its liquidation has not been opened or its bankruptcy has been declared.
