Traffic signal maintenance services.

Maintenance, maintenance and extension of the tricolor light signaling in the town of Mandelieu-la-Napoule

The procedure The tender used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Article 42 of Order No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Articles 25, 33, 39, 43, 66, 67 and 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. This is a composite framework agreement comprising a part with purchase orders with minimum and maximum costs at unit and fixed prices (concerning non-systematic preventive maintenance, curative maintenance and the extension of the tricolor light signaling) fixing all stipcontractual agreements and executed as and when issuing purchase orders without negotiation or reopening in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 and a part at a global and fixed price (concerning systematic preventive maintenance), applying in accordance with the DPGF. It can be concluded either with a single company or with an group of companies.

Main Site: Commune of Mandelieu-la-Napoule.

The purpose of this contract is the maintenance, maintenance and extension of the tricolor light signaling system in the commune of Mandelieu-la-Napoule. - Concerning the part with order form passed in fixed unit prices: minimum annual amount: 55 000 EUR HT, maximum annual amount: 600 000 EUR HT.

The candidaturess compliant and receivable will be examined, based solely on information and documents required for this consultation, to assess their legal situation as well as their professional, technical and financial capabilities. In accordance with Articles 51 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and 44, 50 and 55 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating toIn public markets, only applications with sufficient technical, financial and professional guarantees will be retained. In addition, bidders are prohibited from bidding in any of the prohibition cases mentioned in Articles 45 and 48 of Order No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public contracts. Each candidate will have to produce a complete file comitting the following documents:

- to submit their application, the candidates use either the forms DC1 (letter of application) and DC2 (declaration of the candidate) freely available on the site www.economie.gouv.fr or the Single European Market Document (DUME) on the website https: //dume.chorus-pro.gouv.fr

- declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate does not go intoone of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n - 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets,

- declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the services covered by the contract, realiduring the last 3 years available.
