This service includes :

This service includes:

- the free provision of specific packaging adapted to the needs,

- the replacement of a full container with an empty container,

- the collection of the full container and its transport to the treatment site,

- the taking into account by a chemist,

- the treatment of the products according to the Regulation in force, in particular the judgment of 3.10.2012 amending the judgment of 20.9.2002 and the judgment of 10.10.2012 amending the judgment of 30.12.2002,

- the supply of onehazardous waste tracking slip.

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum for each period and an economic operator. As an indication, the estimated annual orders are 35 000 EUR HT for the City of Toulouse and 45 000 EUR HT for Toulouse Metropole.

The services will be financed according to the following modalities:
