The formation, arrangement, concentration of land ownership, natural or legal persons, in fewer and larger extents, parcels or at least in parcels such that the shape, location and arrangement of the boundaries enable them to be better offexploitation and exploitation of the land. The study area is administratively assigned to the EE. Florina of the Region of Western Macedonia. Specifically, a study area is defined as 6.500 ha of the Neochori farm. The PC Neochoraki is approximately fourteen (14.00) km from the city of Florina.

The study has been included in the Works' Florina and will financeThe estimated value of the contract amounts to EUR 256 422.91 (excluding VAT) and includes the estimated earnings of the following sub-categories of studies (Amendment 1/2018, Project No 23) :

1) EUR 205 538, 04, for category 16 (Topographical studies)

2) EUR 17 438, 40 for a class 27 (Environmental study) study.

And 33 446, 47 EUR for unforeseen costs.

The date of commencement of the Contractor's contract dates is the date of signature of the contract. The total time limit for completing the contract is 42 months from the signing of the contract.

The net completion time of the study object is set at 24 months

The contractor's choice will be according to theof article 27 of Law 4412/2016 and under the conditions of this law. The technical offer will be prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of article 3 hereof, in conjunction with Article 94 (2) and (3) of Law 4412/2016. The financial offer will be prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of article 3 hereof in conjunction with article 95 par. 3 of law 4412/2016.-procedure, a deposit of EUR 5, 128.46 is required.

The signing of the contract requires the performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which is set at 5% of the contract value, exclusive of VAT. and deposited before or at the signing of the contract.

The performance guarantee also covers the provision of an equivalentthe contract is awarded on the basis of the criterion set out in Article 21 in the detailed tender notice to a tenderer who is not excluded from participation under Article 18 and meets the selection criteria of Article 19 of the Declaration.

Each tenderer must have the following techniques, subject to exclusion, (a) technical ability:

in study category 16, grade C classes and above

in the study category 27, grades A and above, of the Greek Student Registers or Designated Companies' Bureaux, Article 39 of Law 3316/2005 (or until the entry into force of this article, Law 716/1977 and its implementing decrees).(Article 119, paragraph 5 of Law 4472/1920), which are registered in classes of registers, enterprises fulfilling the selection criteria of article 75 of Law 4412/2016, may participate in the tender procedures, regardless of their registration in classes. Specific technical and professional capacity:

Special technical and professional capacity (according to art. 75 par. 1 of Law 4412/2016), required-for category 16 (Topographic studies). The contestant economic operator, on the grounds of exclusion, must have completed at least two (2) land consolidation works as a Contractor or as a member of the contractor or joint venture for the last 10 years

Detailed instructions in the detailed tender notice or legal entities or associations thereof, which are active(b) a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA); (c) third countries, which have signed and ratified the SSS, to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes of the Union-related Adaption(d) third countries which do not fall under paragraph (c) of this paragraph and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures.
