Tender procedure for the establishment of a framework agreement for the-supply and delivery of original HP consumables for Poste Italiane and Poste Group companies. a) Enrollment C.C.I.A.A. or equivalent body in the case of companies belonging to the EU;

b) inexistence of all grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as referred to in art. 133, co. 1 of that decree.

C) specific turnover for the supply of cartridges and toner for printers, reduring the last 3 financial years approved on the date of submission of the application / tender, not less than a total of: EUR 1 000 000, - d) list of the supplies that make up the total amount of the specific turnover of the single lot, with indication for each of the client, of the reference period, of the total duration, of the importo overall and of the relative annual amount, of the object of the activity, indicating clearly identified and verifiable references. For detailed information on the conditions for participation and completion of the contract, please refer to the CSO Part I - form of participation.

Please note that in the case of the RTI / consortium participation, all the group companies must sign domanda of participation / offer, as better specified in the CSO part I - modality of participation.

RTI participation case, each component must attest in the declaration the possession of the requirements referred to in points III.1.1), lett. a), b), III.1.3), lett. f). The requirement of point III.1.3), lett. e) it must be wholly owned by one of the grouping companies. The requirementsreferred to in point III.1.2) lett. c), d) may be demonstrated by the overall documentation produced by the individual group companies and each participant must declare the specific contribution of the same for the purposes of achieving the same requirements. The parent company contractor must have at least 60% of the amount referred to in point III.1.2) lett. c), d) - that of eachto the principal company can not be less than 20% of each single requirement referred to in point III.1.2), lett. c), d). In any case, the RTI, as a whole, must possess at least 100% of the required requisites.

Subcontracting is admitted in the measure and under the conditions set forth in art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and the CSO part I modality of participation.

In case of ordinary consortia, at leasto one of the associated companies must meet the requirements for the mandator, while the others must meet the requirements for the mandator (s). 216, co. 11 DLgs 50/16 will have to provide, for their part and within 60 days from the adjudication, the reimbursement to the customer of the expenses incurred for the publication of the notice in newspapers, estimated at € 6, 000.00 in addition to VAT which will be reimbursed in a manner indicated by Poste.

The winning bidder will be required to send proof of payment to the post office.
