The subject of the order is the supply of consumables for printers, MFPs, ie supply of passports, thermal paper, cylinders, toner and ink cartridges for printers, multifunctional devices (hereinafter referred to as "the goods"), as specified, The object of the invention is to supply consumables to printers, multifunctional devices, i.e., supply of passes, thermal paper, cylinders, toner and ink cartridges for printers, multifunctional devices (hereinafter referred to as "the goods"), according to the specification and the quantity foreseen in Annex no. 1 proposal for a framework agreement.

Uchadzač musi preukazafulfillment of all the conditions for participation in the personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). The facilitator shall prove with the documents pursuant to Article 32 (2) that he fulfills the conditions for the person's personal status under - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, j. that:

(a) neither the economic entity nor its statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory organ nor the prosecutor, are finally convicted of a criminal offense of corruption, a criminal offense to the detriment of the financial interests of the European Communities, a criminal offense of the act of acquittal, the formation and promotion of the criminal group, the offense of founding, the formationterrorist offenses and certain forms of terrorism, criminal acts of trafficking in human beings, criminal acts having as their basis the business or criminal act of public procurement and public auction - extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months,
