Dynamic acquisition system for the supply of titanium dioxide (TiO) slurry in homologous Anatase form

The purpose of the dynamic acquisition system and the specific steps passed on its basis is supply of Europafi stationery in Titanium dioxide slurry in bulk Anatase (TiO) form homologous.

Supplying titanium dioxide slurry in Anatase form: TIO homologue whose characteristics are described in the technical specifications.

The product is compulsorily submitted for industrial approval by Europafi under the conditions laid down in paragraph 4-of the consultation regulation. The dynamic procurement system will give rise to the award of specific contracts whose periodicity is monthly and subject to the occurrence of the need. If, for a justified reason, the economic operator is not in able to produce the information and documents requested by the buyer, he is authorized to prove his economic and financialby any other means considered appropriate by the buyer.

(i) proof of professional risk insurance;

(II) balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheets of the last three available financial years of the candidate (and possibly those of the group);

III) the statement of the applicant's overall turnover for each of the last 3 years; IV) the statement concerning the turnoverThe applicant shall provide in support of his application, in addition to the documents required in III.1.1 and III.1.3 of this notice:

I) an attestation on honor duly dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in article 45 of order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015and in particular that it is in rule with regard to articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning disabled workers;

II) documents relating to the powers of persons authorized to engage candidates, and agent in the event of a grouping of undertakings;
