Acquisition of a payroll software and HRIS for the BRL Group and associated services

The subject of the contract is acquisition of a payroll software and Human Resources Management Information System (HRIS) for the BRL Group, as well as the realization ofimplementation and maintenance services associated with the said software, in particular for its possible evolutions.
Main Site: Nimes.
The purpose of the consultation is to award a contract for the acquisition of a payroll and system software. Human Resources Management Information System (HRIS) for the BRL Group, as well as the implementation of implementation and maintenance services asof the said software, in particular for its eventual evolutions. It is divided into tranches, designated below:
- a firm tranche covering the provision, implementation, deployment and maintenance of the HRIS on the core modules namely administrative management and payroll on the one hand, and on the other hand,
- an optional tranche covering the supply, implementation, Deployment and maintenance of the Job and Career Forecast Management (GPEC) modules and interviews.
It should be noted that each of the units will be implemented according to the following phases:
- a first phase called implementation phase, consisting of in the specifications, and including the installation / parameterisation of the different modules, data recovery and other prestations such as piloting, training, etc. as well as the delivery of the software and modules concerned, including the double payroll test phase,
- a second phase aimed at the operation and maintenance of the software.
