Payroll Outsourcing Mission

The present consultation concerns services related to the outsourcing of payroll management for the management of payroll. Real estate company of the department of Reunion (SIDR).

Main Site: The main place of execution of the market is the head office of-the SIDR: 12 rue Felix Guyon - CS 71090 - 97404 Saint-Denis Cedex. The execution will take place also on the premises of the holder.

The present consultation concerns services related to a mission of outsourcing of the management of the payroll on behalf of the Real estate company of the department of Reunion (SIDR). It is divided into a monthly overall benefit of externalismanagement of payroll and ancillary services around the main service.

The content of the service is detailed in the Particular Technical Clauses (CCTP).

- a letter of application or declaration of intention to tender the individual candidate and in case of grouping, the indication of the composition of the grouping, the name of the attorney and aauthorization of the agent by his co-contractors,

- if the candidate is in receivership, copy of the judgment (s) pronounced for this purpose,

- a declaration on the honor (cf model DC1) attesting that it does not make the subject to one of the bidding bans as defined in Article 45 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public markets.

- a list of the principalthe services provided in the last 3 years, showing the amount, the date and the public or private recipient. The services provided are evidenced by certificates from the addressee or, failing that, by a declaration from the economic operator, - proof of civil liability insurance and up-to-date professional risks, - indication of the annual turnover last 3years.
