Implementation of an HRIS and related services

The present consultation aims to implement an HRIS and associated services.

Main Site: Haute-Savoie (74).

The purpose of this consultation is to implement an HRIS and close toassociated services. The ATMB HRIS project covers the following functional areas:

- administrative staff management,

- payroll management and associated declarations for a monthly average of 400 payslips,

- training management,

- budget preparation,

- management of interviews and skills,

- HR portal,

- safe,

- reporting.

The HRIS solution will impcomply with the general regulations for the protection of GDPR data in accordance with the provisions in force. It requires a minimum of a single software solution on administrative personnel management modules, payroll, training management and budgeting. The successful candidates selected after this selection will have to provide an offer containing the supply and implementation ofe the proposed HRIS solution. It is a global mission that includes 3 components:

- the supply of the tool (s) in SAAS mode exclusively,

- the maintenance of the solution (corrective maintenance, evolutive, telephone support, ...),

- the implementation of the new solution, including:

- project management,

- adequacy study between the needs expressed par ATMB and the proposed solution and the functional and technical specifications,

- the parameterization of the solution and the parameterization support supported by ATMB,

- the developments concerning inter alia the incoming and outgoing interfaces,

- assistance to the realization of the tests and recipe,

- the recovery of data,

- the accompaniment to the change (whose formation, the assistanceance, ...).

- a letter of application (type DC1 or equivalent),

- a document relating to the powers of the authorized person or persons authorized to commit the candidate,

- a declaration of honor (annexed to the RC) ) certifying that it is not subject to one of the prohibitions of tendering to a market or equivalent rules of effect for candidates not established in France, such asArticles 45 and 48 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015 n 2015-899 and that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of workers disabled persons.
