Forestry services for the Forestry Department Brasov

Main Site: In the fund forestry administrated by Ocolul SIlvic Teliu.

Forestry services consisting of:

- cut down, cut, gathered, removedin the primary platform; - cutting and trimming firewood in sterils, - cleaning the parquet (if any), according to OM 1540/2011 with subsequent modifications and completions, - sorting the wood in the primary platform on the taps

For the volume of 993 cubic meters for this partition .

Tenderers, third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in Article 164, 165, 167 of Law 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidderanth ranked in the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the offers.

These documents are:

- Fiscal attestation issued by ANAF certifying the lack of overdue debts at the time of the presentation,

- Tax attestation tax on local taxes and duties to certify that the bidder has no overdue debts at the time of presentation. Note: In locationthe requirement for local taxes and duties will apply at least to the point (s) for which there are payment obligations, - as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations stipulated in art. 166 ali (2), art. 167 paragraph (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement,

- DECLARATION OF Failure to comply with Art. 60 of Law 98/2016. The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE. The supporting document is filed withto all participants in the procedure (economic operator submitting the offer individually or in association, subcontractor or third party) with the DUAE by the deadline for submission of tenders. "

Requirement No. 1

The economic operators submitting the tender must prove the form of registration under the law of the country of residence, that the economic operator is legally constitutedforget that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and that he has the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the object of the contract. The ways by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. Supporting documentswhich proves the fulfillment of the assumed ones by completing the DUAE, respectively a certificate issued by the ONRC, or in the case of foreign tenderers, equivalent documents issued by the country of residence shall be submitted at the request of the contracting authority only by the first ranked bidder intermediate rankings completed at the end of bid evaluation. Information fromthe Certificate of Conduct will include actual / current information at the date of submission. 2

Validity period of the tenders: 3 months from the submission deadline of the tenders.

Notes:

(a) The Contracting Authority(b) the tenderer has the obligation to communicate to the Contracting Authority whether or not it agrees to the extension of the period of validity of the offer; of the offer,

(c) the tenderer who disagrees with the extension of the period of validity of the offeris considered to have withdrawn its offer, without this losing the guarantee of participation.

Language of the offer: Romanian. All certificates and documents issued in a language other than Romanian will be accompanied by their authorized translation into Romanian.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented at the requestby the tenderer ranked first.

Clarification requests potential bidders will address exclusively to SEAP in the "Questions" section of the award procedure conducted by electronic means andthe responses to these will be published in the SEAP at the "Documentation and Clarification" section of the contract notice, the contracting authority will not respond to the requests addressed by means of communication other than the one established in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 paragraph 1) of Law No. 98/2016 for the post-submission of tenderswill submit the requests for clarification regarding the submitted offers in SEAP to the "Questions" section. The economic operators will send the answers to the clarifications and any documents requested during the evaluation of the offers through SEAP (Section "Questions"), fully in the section corresponding to the respective request, under the form of one or more distinct documents / filesIf you find that the first ranked offers have equal prices, in order to divide the bids, the contracting authority (through SEAP in the "Questions" section) will request the re-offer by submitting a new financial proposal The new financial proposal will be submitted only after the request of the contracting authoritythe tenderer will submit a statement accepting the contractual clauses contained in the contract model in the tender documentation. If there are objections to the draft contract, namely changes to the contractual clauses or the addition of new clauses, any proposals for modification / completion / deletion of contractual clauses will be formulated in writing with justificationsand submitted with the qualification documents. If the proposals are disadvantageous to the contracting authority, it reserves the right to reject them by informing the tenderer. If the tenderer does not waive these clauses, the contracting authority will enclose the offer as nonconforming and will reject it.
