Full Supply of Patient Bedding Systems (Antidecubitus Systems) at the Halle (Saale) University Hospital

With this Europe-wide call for tenders, UKH intends to conclude a framework contract for the duration of 4 years for continuous care with antidecubitus systems. These are sas well as energetic mattresses as well as bed systems and, optionally, special bed systems. The expected annual requirement for anti-decubitus systems is approximately 26, 500 rental days. The individual requirements / deliveries are to be made on a rental basis. For the settlement of the offered storage systems, a single price per rental day or a long-term rental (365 days / year) is to be offered, The change from daily rent to long-term rent and vice versa (after 365 days) must be possible.

The tender is divided into the following models:

Mattress systems:

- Model 1 alternating pressure / soft storage combination (energetic up to at least 150 kg,

model 2 soft storage system (energetic) up to at least 150 kg.

Please note that onUniversit-tsklinikum predominantly the bed model image-3w of the company Wissner-Bosserhoff is used. The offered mattress systems Mo-dell 1 and model 2 should be fully usable for these bedding systems. A product datasheet of this bed system is attached as an annex to the specification informative.

Mattress systems in combination with a bed:

model3 alternating pressure / soft storage combination (energetic) in combination with self-propelled bed for heavy patients up to at least 220 kg,

- Model 4 alternating pressure / soft storage combination up to 180kg (energetic) in combination with bed,

- Model 5 Soft storage system (energetic) in combination with bed up to at least 150 kg.

Details and formalities that are necessary to the Einthe condition of the conditions:

- completed and signed self-declaration on the suitability of the tenderer (here information on the personal situation, as well as compulsory and optional exclusion reasons according to - 123 and 124GWB be filled out)

- completed and signed applicant declaration of the Land Saxony-Anhalt Explanation under Section 2 (to be separated by the subcontractor(if applicable, completed and signed tenderer`s declaration), - if possible copy of current excerpt of trade central register (not older than 3 months).

Information and formalities required to ensure compliance the conditions to be checked:

- completed and signed attachment "Eigedeclaration of suitability "(information on economic and financial capacity has to be filled in)

- statement that the contractor will maintain for the duration of the contract an industrial indemnity insurance covering at least EUR 3 million per insured event for personal injury and property damage (See self-declaration on suitability, point 4)

- Reference list of at least 3 comparable references within a service period of up to 3 years, with indication of service period, mention of the client, contact persons and their telephone numbers as well as description of the extent of service provision according to the UKH`s tabular requirements.

After the submission deadline, a trial will be carried out offered systems. AheadThe reason for this is that all "A criteria" were answered by the bidder with "yes" and all the required documents and declarations are in the required form or have been submitted.

The supplier agrees to submitting the offer to the UKH Call for tenders via the e-procurement platform by the contracting authority within 6 working days in the product descriptionNEN anti-decubitus systems (including offered benefits) for a total of 4 weeks in the period from 12.1.2020 9.2.2020 free of charge for sampling or for use in the hospital routine (practice test) provide. The samples are used to check and evaluate the quality of use and functionality. The quality of the samples is a guaranteed feature of the product offeredts. A claim for placing an order can not be derived from the sampling.

The models are to be supplied for sampling in the following number:

- Model 3: 2 systems,

- Model 4: 1 system,

- Model 5: 2 systems.
