The subject of public procurement (VZ) is the supply of a heated bed for newborns for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, General University Hospital in Prague (VFN), including accessories, customs, transport, installation, introduction into operation, entry validation, execution of instruction according to the relevant provision of Act No. 268/2014 Coll. o zdravotnickych(hereinafter only Act No. 268/2014 Coll.), or. training of the buyer`s staff and handing over the documents related to the delivered goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and the instruction in the service in the Czech language in printed and electronic form, including warranty service and other terms and conditions. delivery of heated beds for newborns for GynekologicDepartment of Obstetrics, General University Hospital in Prague (VFN), including accessories, customs, transport, installation, commissioning, initial validation, execution of instruction according to the relevant provision of Act No. 268/2014 Coll. on medical devices (hereinafter only Act No. 268/2014 Coll.), or. training of the buyer`s staff and handing over the documents related to the delivered goods, especially declarationson conformity and operating instructions in the Czech language in printed and electronic form, including warranty service and other terms and conditions. - 77 (1) of the Act);public contracts at http://www.rzp.cz/;
