Delivery of heated bed for newborns for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, General University Hospital in Prague (VFN), including accessories, customs, transport, installation, introduction operation, input validation, execution of instruction according to the relevant provision of Act No. 268/2014 Coll. on medical pr(further only Act No. 268/2014 Coll.), or. training of the buyer`s staff and handing over the documents related to the delivered goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and the instruction in the service in the Czech language in printed and electronic form, including warranty service and other terms and conditions. delivery of heated bed for newborns for Gynecological-Obstetric Clinic, General University Hospital in Prague (VFN), including accessories, customs, transport, installation, commissioning, initial validation, execution of instruction according to the relevant provision of Act No. 268/2014 Coll. on medical devices (hereinafter only Act No. 268/2014 Coll.), or. training of the buyer`s staff and handing over the documents related to the delivered goods, in particular the declaration ofconformity and instructions for use in the Czech language in printed and electronic form, including warranty service and other terms of reference. (Section 77 (1) of the Act);
